Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts On the coming into
operation of this Act —
(a) the
Acts of England and the United Kingdom specified in the First Schedule cease
to have effect in the State and the provisions of the Acts by which the first
mentioned Acts were adopted in the State are repealed; and
(b) the
Acts specified in the Second Schedule are repealed to the extent mentioned in
that Schedule.
