Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The provisions of
this Part apply with the necessary modifications with respect to any power of
attorney executed by any corporation to the same extent as if the corporation
were an individual and the dissolution of the corporation (however occurring)
were the death of that individual within the meaning of this Part.
(2) The provisions of
subsection (1) are in addition to the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001
of the Commonwealth.
(3) The provisions of
subsection (1) do not apply to a corporation that is dissolved before the date
of the coming into operation of this Act, but do apply to powers of attorney
created by instruments executed either before or after that date.
