Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) All courts shall
take judicial notice of the signature of a person who is, or has been, the
Minister or a delegate of the Minister and of the fact that that person is, or
has been, the Minister or a delegate of the Minister.
(2) In this section,
court includes all persons authorised by the law of the State or by consent of
parties to receive evidence.
