PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 7

7 .         Space above and below adjacent area

                For the purposes of this Act —

            (a)         the space above or below the adjacent area shall be deemed to be in that area; and

            (b)         the space above or below an area that is part of the adjacent area shall be deemed to be in that part.
