Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A pipeline licence
may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit and
specifies in the pipeline licence.
(2) The conditions
referred to in subsection (1) may include a condition that the pipeline
licensee shall complete the construction of the pipeline within the period
specified in the pipeline licence.
