PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 92

92 .         Review of Minister’s determination

        (1)         A person dissatisfied with a determination of the Minister under section 91 may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the determination.
