Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Prevention of
Pollution of Waters by Oil Act 1960 is repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding
the repeal of the Act referred to in subsection (1) effected by that
subsection the provisions of that Act continue to apply, after the
commencement of this section, in relation to any discharge of oil, or of a
mixture containing oil, within the meaning of that Act that occurred or
commenced before the commencement of this section as if that Act had not been
repealed.
