Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
require any person to produce to him or make available for inspection by him
or any person specified by him any books, records, documents, maps or plans in
the possession or under the control of the first-mentioned person and relating
to a transfer or dealing in relation to which approval is sought under this
Part.
(1a) The Minister may
require any person to produce to the Minister or to make available for
inspection by the Minister any documents in the possession or under the
control of that person and relating to an application made to the Minister
under section 45(1) or (3) or 53A(2).
(2) A person shall not
fail or refuse to comply with any requirement given to him under subsection
(1) or (1a).
Penalty for an offence under subsection (2): a
fine of $5 000.
