(1) The matters to be
dealt with in a contract of employment between an executive officer and his or
her employing authority include —
(a) the
functions of the office of the executive officer, including the meeting of
performance criteria; and
(b) the
remuneration to be accorded the executive officer in accordance with any
relevant determination of the Tribunal or such other arrangements as are
prescribed; and
(c) any
election by the executive officer to retain a right of return within the
meaning of section 58.
(2) In this section
—
Tribunal means the Salaries and Allowances
Tribunal established by the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 .
