Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts If, immediately before
the commencement of section 123, an order was in force under the
Government Railways Act 1904 section 66A (the former order ) authorising a
person to occupy land for a tourist railway, the land is to be regarded as
having been —
(a)
reserved under the Land Administration Act 1997 section 41 for the purposes
of operating a tourist railway; and
(b)
placed under the care, control, and management of that person for the purposes
described in paragraph (a) by an order under the Land Administration Act 1997
section 46 containing the same conditions as applied under the former order.
