Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts No action, claim or
demand lies, or shall be commenced or allowed, by or in favour of any person
against any member or in respect of any act, matter or thing done by any
member in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of any powers or
functions under this Act or for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions
or objects of this Act.
