Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person must not
obstruct, impede or otherwise interfere with the doing of a thing required or
authorised to be done under this Act.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $100 000.
(2) A person must not
use any threatening language to a person acting in the performance of a
function under this Act.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $25 000.
