(1) The chief
executive officer may delegate the performance of any of his or her functions
under this Act, other than this power of delegation, to another officer of the
Corporation.
(2) A function
performed by a delegate is taken to be performed by the chief executive
officer.
(3) A delegate
performing a function under this section is taken to do so in accordance with
the terms of the delegation unless the contrary is shown.
(4) A delegation is to
be in writing.
