(1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), regulations may be made prescribing —
(a) fees
payable for the provision of any services by the Corporation;
(b) the
procedure to be adopted in relation to any application or proceeding;
(c) the
duties and conduct of applicants for assistance under approved assistance
schemes administered by the Corporation; and
(d)
penalties of not more than $2 000 for offences against the regulations.
