RAIL FREIGHT SYSTEM ACT 2000 - SECT 31

31 .         Term used: Authority land

                In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears —

        Authority land means —

            (a)         land that is, or is part of, a Government railway as defined in section 2 of the Government Railways Act 1904 ; or

            (b)         other land that is used by or under the control of the Authority.
