Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts For the purposes of
this Act, requiring any land or thing belonging to the State to be conveyed to
a different holder in such a way that it would still belong to the State is to
be regarded as disposing of it, and accordingly a power to dispose of any land
or thing belonging to the State includes a power to give the holder of the
land or thing a requirement of that kind.
