RAILWAY (ROY HILL INFRASTRUCTURE PTY LTD) AGREEMENT ACT 2010 - SECT 14

14 .         Schedule 4 amended

                After Schedule 4 clause 3(1)(a)(ia) insert:

            (iia)         the railway infrastructure associated with that part of the railways network described in item 53 in that Schedule; and
