A court conducting
proceedings relating to an FVRO is to take such steps as are reasonably
practicable and appropriate to ensure that a person who has (or who may have)
experienced family violence feels safe during the course of those proceedings,
including by —
(a)
actively directing, controlling and managing the conduct of the proceedings;
and
(b)
without limiting paragraph (a), limiting cross-examination of a person.
