(1) An application for
leave to withdraw an appeal shall be made in writing and lodged with the
Registrar.
(2) An appeal duly
lodged shall not be withdrawn without the leave of the Chairperson, or of the
member presiding at the Tribunal as constituted for that appeal.
(3) In granting leave
to withdraw an appeal conditions may be imposed —
(a)
notwithstanding section 17(10), as to costs; and
(b)
otherwise,
as the Chairperson or
member presiding thinks fit.
