RESERVES (NATIONAL PARKS AND CONSERVATION PARKS) ACT 2004 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

        (2)         Section 11 comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.
