RESIDENTIAL PARKS (LONG-STAY TENANTS) ACT 2006 - SECT 14

14 .         Cost of preparing long-stay agreement

                The park operator must bear the cost of preparing a proposed long-stay agreement for execution by the parties to the agreement.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
