must not require a long-stay tenant or prospective long-stay tenant to pay
more than 2 weeks’ rent before or during the first 2 weeks of the
tenancy.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
(2) A park operator
must not require a long-stay tenant to pay any further rent before the end of
any period for which rent has been paid.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
