(1) A long-stay tenant
may give a notice of termination to the park operator to terminate the
long-stay agreement without grounds.
(2) The notice of
termination must —
(a)
specify the day (the specified day ) on which the long-stay tenant intends to
give vacant possession of the agreed premises to the park operator; and
(b)
comply with section 38.
(3) The specified day
must be —
(a) at
least 21 days after the day on which the notice is given to the park operator;
and
(b) if
the long-stay agreement is for a fixed term — not before the end of the
fixed term.
