Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If an amount of
money is paid into the Rental Accommodation Account from the proceeds of the
sale of abandoned goods, a person who had a legal right to the goods before
they were sold may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for the amount
to be paid to the person.
(2) The State
Administrative Tribunal may order the amount to be paid to the applicant out
of the Rental Accommodation Account if satisfied that the applicant is
entitled to it.
