(1) If a residential
tenancy agreement (as defined in the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 ) under
which a person has a right to occupy a site in a residential park is a
long-stay agreement, that Act does not apply to the agreement.

otherwise provided by this Act, the provisions of this Act are in addition to,
and do not derogate from, the provisions of any other written law.
