exemption or temporary permit granted to any person, or a registration
effected in the name of any person, is revoked or suspended he shall, on
demand, forthwith surrender that licence, document of exemption or temporary
permit, and any certificate relating to the registration, to the Council.
(2) A revocation or
suspension is effectual notwithstanding the failure of any person to comply
with the provisions of subsection (1).
