Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This section
applies to Rail Safety National Regulations made under section 264 of the
Schedule to the Rail Safety National Law (South Australia) Act 2012 (South
Australia) after 20 June 2023.
(2) The Rail Safety
National Regulations must be published on the WA legislation website no later
than 18 days after the day on which the regulations are made.
(3) If Rail Safety
National Regulations are made on or after 20 June 2023 but before the
commencement day, subsection (2) applies as if the regulations were made on
the commencement day.
