(1) A person commits
an offence if the person drives a motor vehicle at a speed of 155 km/h or more
on any other length of road.
(2) A person commits
an offence if the person drives a motor vehicle at 45 km/h or more above the
speed limit —
(a) in a
confiscation zone; or
(b) on
any other length of road.
(3) A person charged
with an offence against this section may, instead of being convicted of that
offence, be convicted of an offence against section 60(1A), 61 or 62.
