ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1974 - SECT 80CB

80CB .         Road rage offence, court may confiscate offender’s vehicle for

        (1)         A court that convicts a person of a road rage offence may, by order, confiscate a vehicle referred to in section 80GA.
