ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1974 - SECT 90

90 .         Unlawfully interfering with parts of motor vehicles

                Any person who unlawfully interferes with the mechanism or parts of any motor vehicle shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.

        Penalty: For a first offence, 8 PU.

                For a subsequent offence, 16 PU.
