Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A motor vehicle is
immobilised, towed or detained in the exercise of authorised enforcement
action if the immobilisation, towing or detention is done —
(a) by a
police officer exercising a function of the officer or by a person assisting a
police officer in the exercise of a function of the officer; or
(b)
under and in accordance with an enforcement warrant issued under the
Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 ; or
(c)
under and in accordance with an order or warrant issued by a court; or
(d)
under and in accordance with an Act, or subsidiary legislation, of the
Commonwealth.
