ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) ACT 2012 - SECT 47

47 .         Categories of breach

                For the purposes of this Act, a breach of a mass, dimension or loading requirement is categorised as —

            (a)         a minor risk breach; or

            (b)         a substantial risk breach; or

            (c)         a severe risk breach.
