(1) An inspector or
authorised person may question any person whom the inspector or authorised
person has reasonable cause to believe may be able to assist him with his
inquiries under this Act.
(2) An inspector or
authorised person may require any person who he finds committing or who he
reasonably suspects has committed an offence against this Act or whom the
inspector or authorised person is authorised to question under this Act, or
whose name and address is in the opinion of the inspector or authorised
person, reasonably required for the purpose of carrying out his duties under
this Act, to state his name and address, and, if he has reasonable ground for
suspecting that the name or address as stated is false, require evidence of
the correctness thereof.
