(1) If a person
commits an offence under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008
section 36(1) for the purpose of obtaining the grant or variation of a
driver’s licence, the driver’s licence is void from the time when
the offence is committed.
(2) A person must not,
without lawful authority or excuse, possess a driver’s licence document
for a licence that is void because of subsection (1).
Penalty: a fine of 32 PU.
