Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) As soon as
practicable after 30 June, but on or before 31 December, in each year, the
Commissioner must prepare and forward to the Minister a report on the
operation of this Act during that year.
(2) The Minister must
lay the report or cause it to be laid before both Houses of Parliament as soon
as practicable after receiving the report.
