Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Section 76 applies
to a person referred to in subsection (1)(b) of that section, in relation to
the person’s conviction of an offence, only for the period of 5 years
—
(a) from
the time of the person’s conviction; or
(b) if
the conviction results in a term of imprisonment, from the time of the
person’s release from custody.
(2) Section 76 applies
to a person referred to in subsection (1)(c) of that section, in relation to
the person’s disqualification from managing corporations, only for the
period of 5 years from the time of that disqualification.
(3) Section 76 applies
to a person referred to in subsection (1)(d) of that section, in relation to
the winding up of a corporation, only for the period of 5 years from the time
of that winding up.
