SENTENCING ACT 1995 - SECT 29

29 .         Mediation report, preparation of

                The CEO (corrections) is to ensure that —

            (a)         appropriate people are appointed to be mediators; and

            (b)         any mediation between offenders and victims occurs, and a report is made, as soon as practicable after a mediation report is ordered.
