(1) A court that
imposes a CRO may order that the offender re-appear before the court —
(a) at a
time and place fixed by the court; or
(b) if
and when summonsed by the court,
so that the court can
ascertain whether the offender has complied with the CRO.
(2) If an offender
does not re-appear before a court at the time and place fixed or in response
to a summons issued by the court, the court may issue a warrant to have the
offender arrested and brought before the court.
(3) If on the
re-appearance of an offender the court is satisfied that the offender has not
complied with the CRO, the court may make an order under section 133.
