offence if the person publishes or causes to be published —
(a)
anything that is intended to, or likely to, induce a person to enter into a
surrogacy arrangement that is for reward; or
(b)
anything to the effect that a person who is willing to enter into a surrogacy
arrangement that is for reward is sought; or
(c)
anything to the effect that a person is or might be willing to enter into a
surrogacy arrangement that is for reward.
Penalty: a fine of $6 000.
