Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This section
applies to proceedings in which the court exercises jurisdiction under this
Part ( proceedings under this Part ) and also to any proceedings of the
Supreme Court arising out of proceedings under this Part.
(2) Proceedings to
which this section applies are not to be heard in open court and all persons
other than a party to the proceedings or his or her lawyer are to be excluded
during the proceedings, except as otherwise directed by the court.
(3) A court may order
any person to leave the room or other place during the examination of a
witness in the proceedings.
