Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Despite the abolition
of the former Board, if the former Board had the benefit of any immunity in
respect of an act, matter or thing done or omitted before the commencement
day, that immunity continues in that respect for the benefit of the
Commissioner.
