(1) If in a written
law or other document or instrument there is a reference to the former
Registrar, that reference may, where the context so requires, be read as if it
had been amended to be a reference to the Commissioner.
(2) If a certificate
has been given by a former Registrar under section 111(3) of the Act as it was
immediately prior to the commencement day, that certificate is to be treated
as if it were given by the Commissioner for the purposes of that subsection.
