(1) At any time while
a person is subject to a parole order (other than a parole order
(unsupervised)), an RRO or a PSSO, the Board, by order, may require him or her
to appear before the Board.
(2) For the purposes
of subsection (1), the Board may issue a warrant to have the person arrested
and brought before the Board.
(3) The powers in this
section may be exercised whether or not the Board has amended, suspended,
cancelled or otherwise made a decision in relation to the order concerned.
