SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION ACT 2003 - SECT 115

115 .         Rules of natural justice excluded

                The rules known as the rules of natural justice (including any duty of procedural fairness) do not apply to or in relation to the doing or omission of any act, matter or thing under Parts 1 to 6 by —

            (a)         the Governor; or

            (b)         the Minister; or

            (c)         the Board; or

            (d)         an authorised person as defined in section 108(1); or

            (e)         the CEO.
