(1) The Board may
cancel a PSSO at any time before the commencement of the PSSO period.
(2) If a supervised
offender, during the PSSO period, commits an offence (in this State or
elsewhere) and is sentenced to imprisonment for that offence, the PSSO
applicable to the supervised offender is cancelled by operation of this
subsection.
(3) If a supervised
offender, during the PSSO period, becomes a serious offender under
restriction, the PSSO applicable to the supervised offender is cancelled by
operation of this subsection.
