SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION ACT 2003 - SECT 74L

74L .         Offence for breach of PSSO

                A supervised offender must not breach a PSSO without reasonable excuse (proof of which is on the offender).

        Penalty: imprisonment for 3 years.
