SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION ACT 2003 - SECT 84

84 .         Community corrections centres, declaration of

        (1)         The Minister may by notice declare any place to be a community corrections centre.

        (2)         The Minister, by notice, may amend or cancel a notice under subsection (1).

        (3)         In this section —

        notice means notice published in the Gazette .
