Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Nothing contained in
or done under this Act shall be deemed to affect prejudicially or to deprive
any person of any right whatsoever which if this Act had not been passed might
have been enforceable against the General or his predecessors in office; and
such right, so far as it relates to any property vested in the body corporate
pursuant to this Act may be enforced against the body corporate.
