(1) A justice may
issue an entry warrant if satisfied that it is necessary for an inspector to
enter a place for investigative purposes.
(2) An entry warrant
must set out —
(a) a
reasonably particular description of the place to which it relates; and
(b) a
reasonably particular description of the investigative purpose for which entry
to the place is required; and
(c) the
period in which it may be executed; and
(d) the
date and time when it was issued; and
(e) any
other matter prescribed.
