Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Trust has all
the powers it needs to perform its functions under this Act or any other
written law.
(2) The Trust may,
with the approval of the Minister, engage persons under contracts for services
to provide any professional, technical or other assistance that the Trust
considers necessary for the performance of its functions under this Act.
(3) An approval of the
Minister under subsection (2) may be specific or may be given in general
terms.
